What is the best Master Frodo baggins piece? Statue or bust etc....???
Master Frodo.

That would be the upcoming Prime 1 Frodo/Gollum diorama (but seeing as this is the SS/SSW thread, I don't think any of them were particularly good in terms of likeness, perhaps except for the SS maquette portrait in Mordor Orc clothes)
The Sideshow Maquette

From the film there's only one definitive moment of Frodo I really want, when he's holding the Ring in his hand making the decision to make the journey by himself. It can't get any more Frodo than that. SSW version is pretty similar, but it's pre Lothlorien, and the likeness could be better, though it's still the only solo statue we have. For the classic series I hope this is the moment they pick. though I suspect they'll pair him up with Sam again. (in that case, I'd just have them looking at Mordor at the end of Fellowship)
I'm sure many have said here Frodo holding the Ring at the Crack of Doom is what they would like to have, and while it is definitely iconic, it's not really the ultimate Frodo moment in my eyes.

My favourite is also the original SSW Frodo, perfect pose & clothing.
But the best Frodo facial likeness I’ve seen was the original sculpt Jane made for the WK&Frodo at Weathertop statue, unfortunately it never got used. You can see it in the WK&F thread in the making-of photos they showed

Good point Ith, as long as we’re happy with it that’s all that matters
Ooh I forgot Frodo on Asfaloth! Very good likeness there as well
Strange thing is, when I read the books nowadays, you would think I’d picture the movie actors in the roles now, but I still picture them as Tolkien describes, same as I did when reading the books twenty years before the movies. Strange but true!

MrUnderhill1980 interesting! I’ve never heard of that scene suggested before. Might work well in the same style as the WK&Frodo version? You’re right it would be tricky...

I'm so not interested in Prime1's statues I hadn't even seen their Frodo yet.It doesn't look bad at all, but P1 is not for me. They feel off. Not my vibe I guess.
I was going to mention Frodo on Asfaloth as well Valar. The likeness is great!
Another Frodo I have in my collection is the Sideshow PF and while the likeness is very so so, it has a great pose and setting. I love it. One of my favorite pieces despite the flawed likeness.
I think the best Frodo likeness out there is the Sideshow maquette (Frodo and Sam in orc armor). I hope to be able to add that one to my collection one day.

I have it too. From certain angles and with some downlighting the mini Frodo is really really good.
