I'm really looking forward to this line! I really want a Ludo and Hoggle! Having Weta make these in 1:6 scale is a dream come true!

These will be really fun to see, and hopefully reasonably priced like the Dark Crystal line.

I won't be picking these up right now as i can only invest in LOTR - with a sprinkling of Jurassic Park - but some day, hopefully i can pick them up.

                Finally!
I was so disappointed when Weta announced they would do Labyrinth and then ended up with only Mini Epics. What a waste of this fantastic license, I thought. And now, finally, the first in hopefully many 1/6 scale statues, great!

Let's hope Weta will price these reasonably, as they should be roughly the same size as the Dark Crystal ones (excluding Jareth and Ludo of course) and I'm in

Very Narnia-ish base - or maybe King Kong

Not really, but Narnia was my first through when seeing shape of the base

Hmm... I don't remember it being that colorful. Looks very toy-ish to me. And then the price...

Don't know what to make of this.

I have to say I am surprised by the price. I think it's bigger and more complex than the Gelfling statues from Dark Crystal, but not that much.

And the toy-ish impression may be because of the low res pictures making all the details much softer.

                          Ouch, that price.

I have been thinking about picking up pieces from this film as I have such fond memories of it, but that price just made that decision for me. Sigh...

NGL, probably getting this despite the price. Damn you Weta. Taking advantage of my love for Labyrinth, smh…

That is so much higher than I was expecting. I can't think about this in the morning, I'll have to look at it later. I can say now without a doubt, the Jareth/Sarah/Toby diorama will be completely out of the question.

I think we agree on the price. But the best part of the whole reveal was the YouTube video showing bits of coming pieces. That Sarah diorama is going to be costly, but I am sure it will be amazing

I semi-related 80ies news: I saw Willow for the first time today. I liked it more than I liked The Dark Crystal, Legend or Labyrinth. May we see a Willow license at Weta in the future?

I ordered it. **** It. I was worried because I have to pay for a car midway through this year but then I saw the Q1 2023 eta. I'll manage. This line of collectibles means a lot to me.
