Bag End on the Hill - New Larger Bag End Environment

My Bag End (#100/1,021) arrived today and it's perfect. For those awaiting their shipments, I think you'll love it!

My order history now says closed and not complete,does anyone know what that means?
I am a bit confused now.

My Sir Didimus had the same issue. I contacted Weta about this and the lack of WD applied, and this was there response.

For any orders that were placed before 27th September (which was when we migrated to our new system) the Weta Dollars are not getting automatically updated. All the orders after that have no issues at all. They will be completed and not processed.

I don't believe it...

UPS just dropped off a HUGE box containing the "Bag End on the Hill" piece!

I never received a shipping notice, let alone a tracking email. I had just emailed Weta just a few days ago and they never mentioned it being shipped.

I'll be checking it out later this evening but looks like I'll need to order a power cable first....

Knock on my door today. UPS again, attempting delivery, again. I had to explain the same thing again, and how they attempted delivery just yesterday. And they drove off a second time... I don't know if I have the strength to send them away a third time with my Bag End.

My BBTS has never been that far behind Weta. A month maybe 2 at most. Just think of the money you are saving every time you are cursing that you don't have your Bag End on the Hill yet. Just think you can purchase Classic series statue with the money you save or 3 - 4 hobbit holes. ?

I'm in the UK and had nothing from Weta about my Bag End except a ready to ship email before Christmas, but that was premature, and they still haven't taken the balance owed from my credit card, so I'm really not sure what is going on. Anybody else in the UK still waiting?

I'm in Sweden and I usually get my statues shortly after the NL and German folks which are always first.
I have not had any info on it provided so far but usually that comes after it already arrived or the same day of arrival.

That's part of their tactics: ignore the self-declaration and keep attempting delivery until you relent and accept at the door, and then have to pay the fees anyway.

611 arrived today! Another small fridge sized box

Can only display EoTR atm, all my other large pieces have to remain in the box until we move out of the city. Jealous of all that have the space to let these beautiful pieces breath!

My Bag end from Bunker158 is scheduled to be delivered today! I will take some pictures, but I will not take it out the box completely. I has to be stored a little while longer. Not too long, it seems ;)

It seems like so many of these don't get to smell the wonderful 'fresh' air of various members homes, but are stuffed back into the box for another day. How very sad, although at least you all have one so that someday you will be able to sit and enjoy it for many years to come. I'm just sad as it means fewer pictures of this lovely piece.
