It would make for the largest environment display - the village of Hobbiton! I know exactly how I want to display them too - Bag End placed highest maybe on a tall display riser, with all the Hobbit holes scattered beneath it at different heights to give the impression of the hill, with the green dragon and mill and bridge at the bottom. The idea is to make it look like you're standing in Gandalfs cutting looking up through the village to Bag End. Hey maybe they'll do Gandalfs cutting one day too!
I will also display the mini Hobbit statues around the display too for maximum Hobbit-ness. And probably with an art print behind it. I have 'Disturber of the peace' and the map of the Shire as well as the Bag End floor plan... but maybe the Hobbit hole map one would be best...

"maintaining the style of the GD", are you saying the base is oval like that of the GD, or that not all of the Mill is produced, like the GD or that the scale is the same as the GD, Leonard ?
I am most interested in the scale of the Mill compared to the other hobbit holes and the GD.

Hi Min
I meant that we focus on the main bit and chop off the rest. So the base is the sliced oval like all the smials/GD. It's the same scale, but much bigger in size overall, as the door is midway on the structure, but it has a high roof, and goes down to the water - giving us an approx all-up height of 13cm.

That is the perfect size Thank you Leonard ....
Anarion i have asked that before and they always said that it was discarded because of it frailty... but who knows maybe who knows ....
Its funny right how we want the environments that are only glimpsed for seconds in the movie .... look at the runied mill we see it what a whole 1.5seconds .... the stone Trolls 2.5seconds and not the whole thing in one shot if not mistaking .... the Moria Cemetery is not even visible from far and we still wanted itwe are just terrible

But the Stone Trolls is more of a book thing for me. It takes me back to reading the Hobbit for the first time when I was... 8th grade I think. I could live without Moria Cemetery but the ruined mill is cool, and again, more of a book thing.
Well the designs are just so spectacular that yeah, we want them all

I love this environment and will get it for sure but I confess a little disappointment at hearing it is cut off at the back and does not include the whole structure. It doesn't seem that big, certainly not bigger than Beorn's house and the entirety of that enviro fit on a fairly small base. The scale is not as important to me but I guess a choice has to be made somewhere.
